How do I make a return?
To make a return submit your return request herewith your email address and order number or email email@example.com
How many days do I have to make a return?
You have 14 days from the delivery date to submit your return request.
What items are returnable?
Most apparel, shoes, and accessories are returnable within 14 days of the delivery date. Items must be unwashed and unworn with tags attached and original packaging. All items MUST be returned in protective packaging to reduce damage during handling. All shoes MUST be returned in the original and then packaged durably. Damaged returns will NOT be accepted. Please note that shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
Can I get my money back?
For all returns we issue exchange with same item or refund. courier service fee is not Refundable. The refund will be minus the transaction cost incured if you used a payment gate like PayFast etc.
Are there any return fees?
Return shipping postage is the sole responsibility of the customer.
If you receive the wrong item or a faulty product we will cover the return cost.
How soon will I receive my store credit?
Once we have received your return please allow up to 1-3 business days for your refund.
Please note the following when returning:
- Yellow Sub Trading online returns portal can only be used to return items purchased online at The Modern Man
- All returns will be exchanged to different items.
- You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return your item(s).
- please send back to the address below and we will exchange and send back, please indicate via Whatsapp and email using your order as a reference saying which size, color or item you want to exchange with.
- you can return the parcel using any courier company that will deliver to our address below
- Items must be sent back within 14 days of the delivery date.
- we don't accept a return after 14 working days.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.
- The Modern Man is not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
- If You Receive Wrong Parcel Phone our customer services call center on 066 188 6325 and log the return with them. They will organize a courier company to collect the parcel.
- Returns are free of charge On The Incorrect Delivery but the original courier fee will not be refunded.
